From funding opportunity to project

Accessing an incentive does not begin with filling in an application form. It begins with the quality, coherence and industrial rationale of the project.

I can support companies during the preliminary project-development phase through:

  • analysis of the investment idea
  • identification of business needs and industrial objectives
  • development of the project concept
  • integration of technologies, processes and organisation
  • identification of technology partners and specialist expertise
  • development of the business case and expected impacts
  • coordination with specialist partners for administrative, financial and application-related activities
