- Training design — needs analysis, programme design, coordination and monitoring.
- Organisational development — skills-growth, welfare and safety programmes.
- Skills certification — projects for the identification, validation and certification of competences, with reference to EQF/IVC systems.
- Funded programmes — initiatives supported by ESF+, inter-professional funds and other regional, national and European sources.
Qualifications
APAFORM-qualified professional (EQF 7) and expert in learning assessment and skills certification (EVAC, EQF/QEQ 5). Member of Officina delle Competenze ETS, an association working on systems for the identification, validation and certification of competences and on the promotion of lifelong learning. Published contribution in «Le competenze nelle imprese» (FrancoAngeli, 2022).
